The family support program is here to support both parents and their children. We will work with you to model parenting skills, problem solving, healthy communication, and strategies to enhance the family relationship.
With children and youth, we spend time one on one building a trusting and supportive relationship. We provide guidance to support their personal growth and development.
This program can also facilitate supported child visitation as well as supporting youth navigating a YAG.
Referrals can be made directly from the family, or by a social worker or health care professional.
The Infant Development Program brings parents and professionals together to help children overcome developmental difficulties. A consultant will meet with you to plan activities that best meet the needs of your child and family. This program also offers group opportunities such as infant massage and baby group.

The CYSN program provides activities to maintain or prompt a change in the behavior, condition or functioning of childr5en, youth and their families. Guidance is provided to support personal growth, development or situational change. We provide direct goal-orientated services to address the needs of the child. Access to this program is only by referral through the Ministry of Children and Youth.
Prevention- Education- Advocacy- Counselling-Empowerment
The PEACE program offers individual and group counselling to children and youth ages 3-18 years of age who have witnessed serious family conflict. This program offers a safe environment to talk about feelings and learn new skills such as program solving, communication, conflict resolution and emotional regulation.
This program can be accessed by a referral directly from the family, or by a community or medical professional.
STV Counselling provides individual or group support for women who have experienced sexual assault, violence or abuse in relationships, or childhood abuse. We work with women to help identify the circumstances that have led them to see or be referred to the services.
This program can be accessed by a self referral or from other community or medical professionals.

The aim of the community outreach program is to support our physicians in strengthening our health care system. The outreach worker connects clients with community resources and primary care services. The outreach worker provides social services to people in our community that are referred to the program by our local physicians. Self referrals are not available for this program. Please speak to your healthcare provider for more information.
The Belly Project is a community founded initiative that believes that we as a community cannot move forward and be our best selves when our members have empty bellies.
Come and have a hot meal with us at 56 Kenley Ave on Thursdays from 11am-1pm at no charge. Everyone welcome.
The Nook is a drop in service operating on Mondays and Fridays from 9.30am-2.30pm at 56 Kenley Ave. We are open to all community members and offer a welcoming environment that serves as a seasonal heating or cooling station, provides food and grocery items as a temporary aid, and fosters connection among community members. Guests can enjoy games, watch movies and socialize. Showers are available on a first come first serve basis on Fridays. All supplies provided.
Harm reduction supplies are sterile supplies that reduce risk of diseases like HIV and Hep C for people using drugs by injection or smoking. Harm reduction supplies save lives, reduce infections, prevent strain on our medical system.
Essential supplies are available to anyone who needs them (climate and funding dependent) including hand/foot warmers, clean drinking water, Coleman stoves, tents, tarps, tent heaters, socks etc.
You can stop by for these services Mondays or Fridays from 9.30am-2.30pm
Family Place is a drop in play group that runs on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 9.30am-12.30pm in the mezzanine at the Princeton and District Arena. Come connect with other parents and let the kids play in a safe and developmentally friendly environment. Resources and Referrals are available on site.
