Chelsea Jwaszko is the Executive Director of Princeton Family Services Society. With a background in early childhood development and counseling children who have experienced domestic violence or serious family conflict, Chelsea brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care to her leadership. She values a strong team atmosphere and is passionate about fostering community connections and delivering client-focused programming that truly meets the needs of those we serve.

Sharon Zieske is the Program Coordinator at Princeton Family Services Society, where she oversees all of our programming and leads the Safe Homes Program. With a strong background in supporting women who are living with or fleeing from domestic violence, as well as those impacted by crime and mental health challenges, Sharon brings deep compassion and expertise to her role. Her commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces is at the heart of everything she does.
Christine Hetherington is the Bookkeeper at Princeton Family Services Society and the backbone of our day-to-day operations. Highly organized and exceptionally skilled, Christine ensures our financial systems run smoothly and efficiently. Her behind-the-scenes work is essential to keeping our programs and services running strong.

Carrie McIvor is the Stopping the Violence Counsellor at Princeton Family Services Society, where she supports women who are currently experiencing or have a history of domestic violence and abuse. With over a decade of dedicated service to our organization, Carrie brings a wealth of experience, empathy, and professionalism to her work. She also facilitates our group programs, using her extensive skills to create safe, supportive spaces for healing and connection in the community.

Ted Schneider is a Family Support Worker at Princeton Family Services Society, providing one-on-one support to clients of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges. Known for his compassionate, approachable, and direct style, Ted builds strong connections with those he supports. He also supports in our drop-in program "The Nook" , and facilitates the Violence is Preventable program in local schools, promoting healthy relationships and early intervention within the community.
Ojo leads our Family Place program, where she creates welcoming, developmentally appropriate play opportunities in a relaxed, drop-in environment for children ages 0–6 and their caregivers. A quick learner with a deep passion for the early years, Ojo brings energy, warmth, and thoughtful intention to every session. Her dedication to supporting young children and their families shines through in the engaging, nurturing spaces she helps create each day.

Mya Robbins is a Family Support Worker at Princeton Family Services Society. Kind, caring, and eager to learn, Mya brings a warm and supportive presence to her work. She has a strong passion and skill set for working with youth, but is always open to taking on new challenges and supporting clients of all ages. Mya’s adaptability and dedication make her a valued member of our team.

Ken is a valued member of our team in The Nook, where he works tirelessly to connect community members with the resources and support they need. Known for his empathy, quick sense of humor, and true “get-’er-done” attitude, Ken brings both heart and hustle to everything he does. He’s not only dedicated to the people he serves, but he’s also a genuine joy to have around the office.

Tabitha Slack is the Assistant to the Director at Princeton Family Services Society. In the office, Tabitha keeps everything running smoothly—organized, task-focused, and always on top of the details. Her dedication and drive are essential to both our team and the broader community.

Rhianfa Riel is the Community Outreach Worker at Princeton Family Services Society. She collaborates closely with local physicians and other professionals to support clients with a wide range of needs. Compassionate, strong, and highly skilled, Rhianfa is deeply committed to making meaningful connections and creating positive outcomes in our community. We’re grateful to have her as part of our team.

Natalie Gamble is our Infant Development Consultant, guiding children and their caregivers in development and accessing services towards development. She also works as a Family Support Worker, offering one-on-one support to clients and facilitating Supported Visitation in partnership with MCFD. Kind, level-headed, and always ready to take on a challenge, Natalie brings calm and confidence to every aspect of her work.

Dierra serves as our Leaders for Literacy Program Coordinator, where her passion for literacy is evident in everything she does. Kind, caring, and deeply dedicated, Dierra is committed to empowering community members and fostering a love of literacy in our community. Her thoughtful approach and genuine enthusiasm make a lasting impact on the participants she supports and the team she works alongside.
