 Chelsea Jwaszko is the Executive Director of Princeton Family Services Society. With a background in early childhood development and counseling children who have experienced domestic violence or serious family conflict, Chelsea brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care to her leadership. She values a strong team atmosphere and is passionate about fostering community connections and delivering client-focused programming that truly meets the needs of those we serve.

 Sharon Zieske is the Program Coordinator at Princeton Family Services Society, where she oversees all of our programming and leads the Safe Homes Program. With a strong background in supporting women who are living with or fleeing from domestic violence, as well as those impacted by crime and mental health challenges, Sharon brings deep compassion and expertise to her role. Her commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces is at the heart of everything she does.

 Christine Hetherington is the Bookkeeper at Princeton Family Services Society and the backbone of our day-to-day operations. Highly organized and exceptionally skilled, Christine ensures our financial systems run smoothly and efficiently. Her behind-the-scenes work is essential to keeping our programs and services running strong.

 Carrie McIvor is the Stopping the Violence Counsellor at Princeton Family Services Society, where she supports women who are currently experiencing or have a history of domestic violence and abuse. With over a decade of dedicated service to our organization, Carrie brings a wealth of experience, empathy, and professionalism to her work. She also facilitates our group programs, using her extensive skills to create safe, supportive spaces for healing and connection in the community.

 Ted Schneider is a Family Support Worker at Princeton Family Services Society, providing one-on-one support to clients of all ages as they navigate life’s challenges. Known for his compassionate, approachable, and direct style, Ted builds strong connections with those he supports. He also supports in our drop-in program "The Nook" , and facilitates the Violence is Preventable program in local schools, promoting healthy relationships and early intervention within the community.

Georgia Wylie is the Family Resource Coordinator at Princeton Family Services Society. She works hard to connect individuals and families with the programs and services available to them, ensuring no one feels alone in navigating support. With a strong background and extensive experience, Georgia brings a personable, approachable nature to her role and a genuine love for supporting the people around her. She is deeply committed to helping community members access the resources they need to thrive.

Chantelle is the Infant Development Consultant at Princeton Family Services Society. She is extremely knowledgeable in early childhood development and brings a deep passion to her work with infants and their families. Kind, empathetic, and easy to connect with, Chantelle creates a supportive environment for both children and caregivers. She is also certified in Infant Massage through the International Association of Infant Massage, adding a valuable and nurturing element to her practice.

 Mya Robbins is a Family Support Worker at Princeton Family Services Society. Kind, caring, and eager to learn, Mya brings a warm and supportive presence to her work. She has a strong passion and skill set for working with youth, but is always open to taking on new challenges and supporting clients of all ages. Mya’s adaptability and dedication make her a valued member of our team.

Melissa Vanderheide is the PEACE Program Counsellor and Child and Youth Supported Needs Worker at Princeton Family Services Society. Melissa is highly organized, continually expanding her knowledge, and always eager to support those around her. Her dedication, compassion, and drive to make a difference shine through in all she does—making her an invaluable part of our team and a strong advocate for the children and youth she works with.
