Community Outreach Program

The aim of the Outreach Program is to support our physicians in strengthening our health care system.

The Outreach Worker connects clients with community resources and primary care services. The Outreach Worker provides social services to people in our community that are referred to the program through our local physicians.

Princeton District Community Services Society

 Celebrating 45 years of service to the community of Princeton, Princeton  and District Community Services began as a transit and home support  service and has since grown to employ nearly 80 staff members, and offer  a wide range of services.

The BC Society of Transition Houses is a member-based, provincial  umbrella organization that, through leadership, support and  collaboration, enhances the continuum of services and strategies to  respond to, prevent and end violence against women, children and youth.
